Patricia Rogers, CEO and Owner of Encore Virtual Career Academy is a retired Career Naviagator Specialist and Human Services professional. Although, she has retired she is not finished with her Divine Purpose assigned by God.

Patricia has been a longstanding Certified Credential Global Facilitator Career Development Instructor through The Center for Credentialing & Education and an engaging member of the (NCDA), National Career Development Association.

Patricia understands her new assignments is to train small businesses to obtain credentialing and certifications that could be best accomplished remotely and hybrid. She realized with the onset of the Pandemic, the use of social media as a primary means of communication has change the order of the work world as it is today. She recognizes to be competitive in the workforce it has become a necessity for the entire world to continuously reinvent itself, to stay connected, and to establish, and maintain, existing new business relationships.

Encore Virtual Career Academy has grown and expand itself to offering training to organizations and small business by meeting the needs of the employees at the workplace. (EVCA) has trained FCD professionals that are prepared to provide remotely and hybrid career training. (EVCA) Facilitators Career Development goal is to venture out in their prospective fields providing a range of career strategies for Individuals to transition from “Career Possibilities to Career Realities”.
